Battle of London? The NFLPA raised concerns on Thursday about the St. Louis Rams' deal to play in London.
It's hard to imagine the St. Louis Rams' plans to play three games in London in each of the next three seasons being less popular that it already is. It scared the hell out fans concerned about the team's future in St. Louis. Then, the CVC said it violated their lease. Today, ticket sales have been suspended for some unknown reason. Now, the NFLPA is expressing their concern about the plan to play three home games there.
NFLPA chief DeMaurice Smith addressed the media on Thursday at the Super Bowl extravaganza. Smith said that the NFLPA has some concerns about the Rams playing in London as part of a three-year agreement. According to ESPN Chicago, he has not talked with the league about those concerns.
Daniel Kaplan of the Sports Business Journal said that one of Smith's concerns about overseas games was a safety issue. That's a strange one.
Stay tuned.

I have less issues with Goodell then most (I feel he's working in a hard position, cause he has to keep moms from thinking football is too dangerous)
But yes, Tagliabue would probably know the exact answer easy without having to think about it for how to deal with the concussion issue

I know D Schnider is over the top but $28mil is a lot for a QB with injury concerns and a 4 year max.
How much you think Manning would cost a team. Is the $28mil gunna carry over to the next team or will he take a pay cut(wish I had a pay cut from $28mil)? I honestly wonder who would pay that much a year for someone but if anyone I guess with Davis gone it looks like Schnider is the only one left.

He won't get a dime of that contract
Will be released and sigh with someone else. Probably for a good bit less.
