The St. Louis Rams have a new head coach. If Jeff Fisher is anything like the last head coach, or any other head coach in the NFL, you can imagine that he'll have an eye on his former players when free agency starts on March 13. One Tennessee Titan to keep your eye on is defensive lineman Jason Jones.

Jones is scheduled for free agency this year, and not likely to return to the Titans. In 2011, the first season in which Fisher was not the team's head coach, Tennessee moved Jones from defensive tackle to end. He split his time between the right and left sides, with poor results.

In three seasons prior to that, Jones was pretty effective as a pass rusher from the inside, three-technique spot. He had 34 quarterback pressures in 2010 to go with four sacks.

Jones was a second-round pick in 2008, when Fisher was making the calls on draft day. Just 25, Jones could be obtained as a relatively inexpensive upgrade for the Rams defensive tackle rotation, where Fred Robbins is getting long in the tooth.

Oh Crap I forgot about this.

We better not be raiding the Titans practice squad for the next 3 years or I will lose a gasket. FYI: (Not Fun for either of us).

If we get actual players I'll be fine with it
If we win games i dont care

They could kidnap a fat guy from burger kings parking lot for the defensive tackle rotation and i wouldnt give a shit.

WIN THE GAME.

Like the move

Only knock his today he is a lil undersized. Gets results tho. Draft a big run stuffing dt next to him and we got a front four. Also.. Sign cortland

+100! Dude is a stud, believe u me! Line him next to short from purdue & we should be set to do damage! And to add flame to the already ignited fire, bringing in my favorite db finnegan would put us in a pretty good predicament! Tough, BIG MOUTHED, gritty players! I admire that!

Jones + Finnegan + Tulloch

3 players with Fisher/Mcginnis ties who would instantly make the Rams defense pretty scary. Cut Jason Smith and it could happen.

I'm all for replacing Robbins
Uh....

he’s not that good
