All I need is this clipboard and you’ll never see me again. Wait… this pen too. All I need is this clipboard and this pen and you’ll never see me again. Wait I need this chair too. This clipboard, this pen, and this chair, that’s all I need. I need this playbook too. All I need is this clipboard, this pen, this chair, and this playbook, that’s all I need and you’ll never see me again…..
This was a going away present for Shotty I made over at GGN. I honestly hope you guys have better luck with him than we did. Sam's going to need a giant brain to get a handle on this dude's playbook....
This was not meant to offend anyone btw...just a joke.
We got Tony Sparano to replace him so I guess the jokes on us as well!

This is funny
And I am sad. Huuuuuueeeeee!!!!!!
DCRamFan - January 21, 2012
I really thought you guys were going to get Hue Jackson
And I was hoping you wouldn’t so we could get him!
GangGreen73 - January 21, 2012
I've got a few friends who are Raiders fans
And they raved about the idea of Hue being an OC. You folks, on the other hand, despise Schotty…..makes me skeptical. This one didn’t go my (our, based on the fan poll) way
DCRamFan - January 21, 2012
We had 6 years of below average predictable offense
Shotty seemed to get more predictable as he went along as well. Tons of motion and shifting with multiple formations, but very limited plays out of each formation which made it easy to guess what plays were coming.
I really hope for you guys that he’s learned his lesson with that stuff and simplifies things a bit for Sam.

Any chance Rex didn't/doesn't
Know shit about offense and gave Schotty too much authority? I’m guessing Fish would shut that down, but I suppose we’ll see
DCRamFan - January 21, 2012 via mobile
Yeah that exactly what happened...
Schotty was given complete autonomy over the offense and Rex concentrated on defensive schemes
GangGreen73 - January 21, 2012
well that's pretty much what Spags did here
so hope things go differently from now on
sergey606 - January 21, 2012
I think Shotty is a guy that needs to be on a short leash
every once in awhile the HC is going to need to yank him back into reality and quit with the gadgets and crazy motions
GangGreen73 - January 21, 2012
I don’t think it gets worse than he had this year with McD.
sergey606 - January 21, 2012
That's the same exact attitude we had with Shotty ;-)
But then we get Sparano….
GangGreen73 - January 21, 2012
Sparano in NY is like a remake of the Sopranos
sergey606 - January 21, 2012
HAHA yeah there is a fanshot at GGN with Sparano's face in the Soprano pic
GangGreen73 - January 21, 2012
haha good! people have the same train of thought as me

After seeing what LT said publicly about Sanchez...
this year should tell us if it was Schott’s or Sanchez’s fault. In Sanchez’s first season with the Jets, they led the league in running the ball and were last in pass attempts in an obvious attempt to help out the new QB, by the third year they passed about 100 times more than run. You expect your QB to get better over time. When even the players complain that he doesn’t, maybe it’s not the OC. By the way, I like the joke and think the pic is great. I can only feel bad because my friend is a Jets fan. By the time Sparano was fired he had the Dolphins playing good football. Hopefully he can find a way to light a fire under GQ boy’s butt. I was on the Hue bandwagon too UNTIL my friend reminded me of the rumors that Hue was undercutting Cable with the front office when he had eyes on the job there in Oakland. Last thing we need is an OC who may not want the HC to succeed. So we shall see….(fingers crossed, hoping for the best)
