And was in Tennessee since 99. People think he wants to come back and reunite with Fish and Williams. He is maybe the best D-line coach in the league, made Haynesworth and Babin into great players

Tennessee was 5th in sacks and 7th in run defense over the time of his tenure

that if you get Hue, you will get ‘’The Greatest Show on Turf’’ Part 2. He bleeds football and is a fiery guy who will motivate the team, he knows so much about offense, to the guy who said both Cable and him would be considered up and comers in any other team, wrong. Cable was actually credited in hue’s 1st year as OC in Oak, moving the offense from 29th to 6th, so Hue deserves the credit for the improvement in 2010, not Cable. In 11’, he did all he could, when you lose your starting QB after week 6 and the franchise RB in week 7, both starting WRs in week 8, you will have trouble to get to 5-11. Hue was fired because a new GM needs a fresh staff, who share his vision. Hue is capable of leading your offense to greatness, MARK MY WORDS, YOU ARE GETTING WHAT WILL BE RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE BEST OCs IN THE NFL AFTER 5 SEASONS. Give him time to start a system, work with Bradford, get him a DECENT O-Line and he will do wonders, hope all goes his way, much respect, a Raider fan

Or vertical offense, deep ball everywhere, loves running the ball, the complete opposite of the west coast offense, and he definitely LOVES using play action

SJax is great but needs someone to take a little bit of work off him, who I think will be that guy?? Michael Bush, believe me, he wants money we cant pay him and has proved to be a great back, if you can pay him 5-7 mill a year he will want to re-unite with Hue

He is amazing but he isnt the fastest guy in the world and is more of a possesion guy than anything else, with the kind of offense you would get he wouldnt be that effective. You need a quick WR and I would suggest keeping Lloyd, getting someone from FA, and draft a speedy WR in the later rounds, but I think Blackmon wouldnt be that much of a beast in an offense in which speed is needed. You guys should get Kalil

Whoever was asking what offense scheme he runs it’s a hybrid WC and AC. Everyone that freaked last night over the Schotty announcement should take this interview as a complete opposite. Want a guy that has had success? From Cincy to Oakland this guy has made every single wide out better, and he likes to keep it balanced. He does run a zone run scheme so getting an athletic center that can make protection calls is an absolute must. Plus we will need to add a speedster because hue loves running the deep seam with a post coming underneath it. As a rams fan yearning for some offense…. Please god make this be the hire.
